Who Is Bella's Hollywood Mean Girl?

  • Naomi Pike
Bella Thorne has found her very own Regina George in the shape of a Hollywood mean girl. Talking in the December issue of Seventeen magazine, the 18-year-old actress revealed that there is one young starlet, who moves in similar circles, she has learned to avoid.
"I have a mean girl. She's in the business, and she's very, very mean. I stay away from her at all costs. I never say hello to her," Thorne told the magazine, while keeping schtum on the identity. However, her further comments were more telling: "Her siblings are not mean like she is. It's just her. One of the reasons I don't like her is because she's been a billionaire since she was very little, and she's never had to work for anything in her life."
The included mention of brothers and sisters narrows the likely culprit and brings to mind the Hollywood dynasties filling up Instagram feeds and newspaper headlines alike. Who do you think it could be?

Halloween How To: Poppy's Harley Quinn

Inspired by her sister Cara's role in Suicide Squad, Poppy Delevingne dressed as Harley Quinn ( the most Googled Halloween costume of the year, no less) for the Unicef Halloween Ball last night in London. Here, Isamaya Ffrench - UK Make up Ambassdor for YSL Beauté - tells us exactly how she created the look for Poppy on the night.
  1. I applied the lightest foundation shade I could find, taking care to blend well (you can add a little white face paint to enhance the paleness).  Then to set and add a little more white I used YSL Beauté Compact Powder.
  2. Contour with a light grey eyeshadow - I used YSL Beauté Couture Mono Eyeshadow in 15 Frasque.
  3. Line both eyes with a black kohl pencil and blend out into a little feline flick.
  4. On one eye use the pinkest blush on the eyelid, and blend down over the cheekbone.
  5. Do the same on the other eye in a light blue (YSL Beauté Couture Palette in 10 Lumieres Majorelle is perfect).
  6. Apply lashings of black mascara! I used YSL Beauté Luxurious Mascara False Lash Effect.
  7. Fill in the perfect brow with an eyebrow mascara for a full look.
  8. Highlight the cupids bow with YSL BeautéTouche Éclat.
  9. Fill in the perfect lip shape with a red like YSL Beauté Rouge Pur Couture in 68 Bordeaux Fatal.
  10. To finish this look, draw the smallest heart on the cheekbone, et voila!
