Bangladesh ace cricketer Shakib Al Hasan today voiced confidence
ahead of the home series against Pakistan that begins from April 17.
“I think our approach is fine, because we have come here to win,” he told reporters after practice session at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium.
Citing Bangladesh’s poor record against Pakistan, Shakib said: “if we think like that, then we can’t beat them or any other countries.”
“We have to change that. We haven’t beaten them in sixteen or how many years I’m not sure, but that doesn’t that mean it will never happen,” the Magura southpaw said.
Pakistan lost the tour match to Bangladesh A side yesterday – a thought that would cheer fans up for the upcoming three ODI, two Tests and one T20 matches.
