DHAKA, March 5, 2015 (BSS)- Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina
today congratulated the national cricket team for their emphatic
six-wicket win against Scotland in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015. In a felicitation message, the cricket-lover Prime Minister especially thanked the national team players, manager, coach and cricket board officials for this success.
She hoped that the national team would continue this success in the upcoming matches of the World Cup as well as uphold the red-green flag overcoming all the barriers in this World Cup.
The Prime Minister also wished continued success of Bangladesh cricket.
Bangladesh defeated Scotland by six wickets in their fourth group stage match at Nelson in New Zealand today.
