জাতীয় চলচ্চিত্র পুরস্কার ২০১৪

চূড়ান্ত হয়েছে ‘জাতীয় চলচ্চিত্র পুরস্কার ২০১৪’-এর পুরস্কারপ্রাপ্ত ব্যক্তিদের নাম। জুরি বোর্ডের সদস্যদের বাছাই শেষে মনোনীত ব্যক্তিদের নাম পাঠানো হয় তথ্য মন্ত্রণালয়ে। ২৪ ফেব্রুয়ারি তথ্য মন্ত্রণালয়ের সচিব মরতুজা আহমদ এতে স্বাক্ষরও করেছেন। ২০১৪ সালে জাতীয় চলচ্চিত্র পুরস্কারে সেরা ছবি নির্বাচিত হয়েছে মুরাদ পারভেজের ‘বৃহন্নলা’। একই ছবির জন্য সেরা কাহিনিকার ও সংলাপ রচয়িতা হিসেবেও দুটি বিভাগে পুরস্কার পেয়েছেন মুরাদ পারভেজ। আর সেরা অভিনেতা হয়েছেন ফেরদৌস (এক কাপ চা)। যৌথভাবে সেরা অভিনেত্রীর পুরস্কার জিতেছেন মৌসুমী (তারকাঁটা) ও মিম (জোনাকীর আলো)।
তথ্য মন্ত্রণালয়ের থেকে পাঠানো এক প্রেস বিজ্ঞপ্তি থেকে এসব জানা গেছে।
জাতীয় চলচ্চিত্র পুরস্কারের এবারের আসরে ‘মেঘমল্লার’ ছবির জন্য সেরা পরিচালক হিসেবে নির্বাচিত হয়েছেন জাহিদুর রহিম অঞ্জন। ‘দেশা দ্য লিডার’ ছবির গানের জন্য সেরা গায়ক নির্বাচিত হয়েছেন জেমস। এবারই প্রথম তিনি জাতীয় চলচ্চিত্র পুরস্কার ঘরে তুলতে যাচ্ছেন। যৌথভাবে সেরা গায়িকা নির্বাচিত হয়েছেন রুনা লায়লা (প্রিয়া তুমি সুখী হও) ও মমতাজ (নেকাব্বরের মহাপ্রয়াণ)। ‘নেকাব্বরের মহাপ্রয়াণ’ ছবির জন্য সেরা সংগীত পরিচালক, গীতিকার, সুরকার ও রূপসজ্জা শিল্পী নির্বাচিত হয়েছেন যথাক্রমে সাইম রানা, মাসুদ পথিক, বেলাল খান ও আবদুর রহমান।
সেরা গায়ক ছাড়াও ‘দেশা দ্য লিডার’ ছবির জন্য এ বছর সেরা খল চরিত্রে নির্বাচিত হয়েছেন তারিক আনাম খান। একই ছবির জন্য সেরা চিত্রনাট্যকার সৈকত নাসির ও সেরা সম্পাদক হয়েছেন তৌহিদ হোসেন চৌধুরী। আর বাংলাদেশি চলচ্চিত্রের খল চরিত্রের জনপ্রিয় অভিনেতা হিসেবে পরিচিত মিশা সওদাগর এবার পেয়েছেন সেরা কৌতুক অভিনয়শিল্পীর পুরস্কার। সানিয়াত হোসেন পরিচালিত ‘অল্প অল্প প্রেমের গল্প’ ছবির জন্য এই পুরস্কার পেয়েছেন মিশা। সেরা পার্শ্ব অভিনেতা হিসেবে ‘তারকাঁটা’ ছবির জন্য এজাজুল ইসলাম ও ‘৭১ এর মা জননী’ ছবিতে অভিনয় করে সেরা অভিনেত্রীর পুরস্কার জিতে নিয়েছেন চিত্রলেখা গুহ।
‘জাতীয় চলচ্চিত্র পুরস্কার ২০১৪’-এর এবারের আসরে মোট ২৬টি বিভাগে পুরস্কার ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে। পুরস্কার পাওয়া অন্যদের মধ্যে আছেন সেরা চিত্রগ্রাহক মোহাম্মদ হোসেন জেমী, সেরা শিশুশিল্পী আবির হোসেন অংকন (বৈষম্য), সেরা শিল্প নির্দেশক মারুফ সামুরাই (তারকাঁটা), সেরা শব্দগ্রাহক রতন পাল, শিশুশিল্পী বিশেষ শাখায় পুরস্কার মারজান হোসাইন জারা (মেঘমল্লার) ও শ্রেষ্ঠ পোশাক ও সাজসজ্জা কনক চাঁপা চাকমা (জোনাকীর আলো)।
এ ছাড়াও জাতীয় চলচ্চিত্র পুরস্কার ২০১৪ তে যৌথভাবে আজীবন সম্মাননা পুরস্কার পাচ্ছেন সৈয়দ হাসান ইমাম ও রাণী সরকার। খুব শিগগিরই একটি অনুষ্ঠানের মাধ্যমে প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনা পুরস্কার পাওয়া ব্যক্তিদের হাতে পুরস্কার ও সম্মাননা তুলে দেবেন।

Older actresses now welcomed in industry: Vidya

Vidya Balan recently claimed that the audiences have begun to accept female actors depicting different stages of life, instead of just being an eye candy.
The 38-year-old actress said in a recent interview, "Things are no longer the same for female actors over the age of 30. All kinds of films are being made these days. I think audiences are ready to see old actors in films," reports the Express Tribune.Vidya added that there were times when only love stories were being made. However old the male lead was, only young female leads were being cast. But now, it's good to see that people are accepting older women in a variety of roles. They have realised that women can be interesting and desirable, even when they are in their 30s.    —TOI

Mishu hosts GP Power Play on Maasranga

Actress Mishu Chowdhury has started hosting a cricket show styled Grameenphone Power Play on Maasranga Television.
Mishu converses with two cricketers, before and after the match of the ongoing Asia Cup, at the programme.
The show is aired on the channel at 7.00pm and after the match every day until March 6.
Mishu has worked in Target, a feature film directed by Saif Chandan and produced by Arshad Adnan of Versatile Media.
The other cast of the film included Milon, Nirab, Amrita, Airin, Tanveer and Tonmoy, among others.
Actress Mishu Chowdhury has also won the appreciation of viewers for her performance in a new TV commercial of Grameenphone.
Directed by Amitabh Reza, the TVC is being aired on different satellite TV channels of the country.
Since her stepping into the media, Mishu has already acquired kudos by doing some quality drama serials like Bhalobasa Kare Koy, Tomar Aranya Dine, Chandrabati, Thikana Jana Nei and Jol Faringer Gaan O Rong.
Mishu has also worked in two telefilms – Madhumoy and Jitur Sangsar - during her short career.
Moreover, she has also worked in feature films like Maya Nogor of Ishmat Ara Chowdhury Shanti and Keu Kotha Rakheni of Shahin Sumon.Apart from acting on big and small screens, she has also worked in TVCs of SMC and Pran.
Mishu has also been involved with theatre since her early years. She has worked in plays like Court Marshal, Makorsha, Koibarto Bidroho and Joiboti Koinyar Mon on stages in Bogra and Dhaka.
Later on, she acted in DB, a mega serial directed by Shahiduzzaman Selim, Bonsabujer Trishna of Monjurul Alam, and Mago Tomar Jonno of Mahfuz Ahmed.
